1. Acceptance of terms
By using the BeLingo website, requesting a diagnosis, accessing the portal, or using any BeLingo online service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Service description
BeLingo provides online operational support for bilingual speech and communication services, including diagnosis booking, scheduling, client communication, payment coordination, and related therapy workflows. Session availability and therapist assignment may change based on capacity and operational needs.
3. Parents and guardians
If the service is used for a child, the person making the booking or using the portal must be a parent, guardian, or another person with authority to act for that child. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide.
4. Bookings, scheduling, and attendance
Appointment requests are not confirmed until BeLingo accepts and schedules them. Time-zone display is provided to reduce booking errors, but you remain responsible for checking your confirmed time. If you cannot attend, notify BeLingo as early as possible so the team can apply the relevant cancellation or rescheduling policy.
5. Payments
Where paid services are offered, BeLingo may send a payment link through Stripe or another approved provider. Payment terms, package balances, and completion status are operational records in the portal. Fees, refunds, rescheduling rules, or package conditions may be communicated in the booking or invoice flow and form part of the service arrangement.
6. Online tools and meetings
Sessions and scheduling may rely on third-party tools such as Zoom, Google Calendar, email, or WhatsApp. Temporary outages, provider errors, or account restrictions on those platforms may affect meeting links, reminders, or portal behavior. BeLingo will use reasonable efforts to keep the service operational but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability.
7. Portal access and account security
If you receive portal access, keep your sign-in details private and notify BeLingo if you suspect unauthorized access. BeLingo may suspend or revoke access where needed for security, misuse prevention, or operational reasons.
8. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the website or portal. That includes:
- Attempting to access data or accounts that do not belong to you.
- Interfering with site security, availability, or payment workflows.
- Sending unlawful, abusive, fraudulent, or harmful content through forms, messages, or portal tools.
- Reproducing or redistributing private materials, reports, or platform content without permission.
9. Intellectual property
Unless stated otherwise, the website content, branding, layout, reports, and internal workflow materials remain the property of BeLingo or its licensors. You may use the service for personal client care and family coordination, not for resale or platform copying.
10. Important limitation
BeLingo’s website and booking tools are not an emergency service. If you need urgent medical or safety support, contact the appropriate local emergency or healthcare provider. Operational tools and online coordination do not replace emergency or crisis response.
11. Liability
To the extent allowed by law, BeLingo is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from use of the website, portal, or third-party tools. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
12. Changes to the terms
BeLingo may update these terms when the service, pricing, workflow, or legal requirements change. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised version.
